Scripture tells us the story of God speaking to us through the lives of those who came before us. God’s call frees us to ponder the choices we make which will ultimately lead to our happiness and total fulfillment. Listening intently to the meaning of these stories in our lives is listening to God’s desires for us. Scripture assists us with these stories to help us understand to help us discern our vocation – that which will make us totally happy and fulfilled.
