White Privilege workshops continue to be held in the Dayton area, most recently at the NW Library on Saturday, August 11th. Over 30 participants, white and black, men and women of various ages attended. We Sisters of the Precious Blood are one of the sponsors for this opportunity to look at the issue through Tim Wise’s DVD “White Like Me.” The workshops are one way of introducing meaningful conversation around the topic of White Privilege – an underlying issue of racism.
