The Sisters enjoyed Animals Alive! by returning presenter Alyssa from the Dayton Society of Natural History (aka Boonshoft Museum) on February 11.

“Nifty 90sˮ party! Ten Sisters recently celebrated birthdays in their 90s, along with one Sister celebrating her 101st birthday on February 12.

Happy Birthday to Sisters Pat Dieringer (M. Agnes Claire), Charlene Heidenreich (M. Charles), Irene Holz (M. Florine), Berenice Janszen (M. Edward), Kathleen Kelly, Dorothy Koenig (M. Angelista), Rosemary Laux (M. Columba), Eleanor McNally (M. Thomas), Adeline Mertz, Ruth Ann Meyer (M. Giovanni), and Mary Anne Schiller (M. Carmela).

The party included a special prayer, read by Sister Nancy Wolf; a special dessert; and lots of laughter!

The Sisters had a Mardi Gras celebration on February 25. Sister Nancy Recker found the baby Jesus in the King Cake, so she was crowned the Mardi Gras queen.
