Maintenance Tech I – Full-Time; Monday – Friday (8am-4:30pm)

Sisters of the Precious Blood is an independent living retirement community in Dayton that is currently seeking help in our Maintenance Department. The purpose of this position is to attend to any day-to-day operations/requests regarding building repairs or issues at Salem Heights or other Sister-owned properties in the Dayton area, as well as maintaining the grounds of all properties under the guidance and approval of the Maintenance Director. Candidate must possess a minimum of a high school education or its equivalent and have 2 years’ experience as a maintenance technician or working in a skilled trade.
