There were plenty of smiles and laughs on July 15 as the Sisters living in Emma Hall at the Maria Joseph Center in Dayton celebrated council for the last four years of service to the Congregation with prayer and root beer floats.

Current council members also thanked the Sisters for their many prayers and good thoughts.

“I don’t think you realize just how much your prayers mean to us,” said Sisters Joyce Lehman, president. “Your prayers carry us through some of the tougher times.”

The current council terms ends August 1.
