The Maria Stein Shrine of the Holy Relics, first motherhouse of the Sisters of the Precious Blood, was featured on WBGU’s Scenic Stops program Dec. 19. The Shrine, now home to the second-largest collection of relics in the United States, also houses an adoration chapel, museum and statue gardens. It is a destination for Catholics from across the United States and around the world.
The program features interviews with Precious Blood Sisters Regina Albers and Barbara Ann Hoying, who explain some of the history and features of the complex. The segment runs for about five minutes.
